We offer a range of support services for our clients.

	Remote Support Sometimes it just isn't convenient to have IT support on site or you may need immediate assistance - Tripos now offer full remote support utilising the globally recognised TeamViewer system. This simple and secure method of remote support enables us to see what you see, with you in complete control of when we can and can't access your system.
	On-site Support Tripos offer a full on-site service for business. If repairs are required that cannot be completed on-site, our technicians will pick up the faulty equipment and undertake repairs in a support workshop then return it to you, often on the same day
	Telephone Support Our clients may choose to telephone us with queries and support issues for their computer needs or existing network. Our staff have the experience to 'walk you through' many problems and changes to your systems.
	Maintenance We offer fully customised maintenance agreements that not only ensure that someone is keeping an eye on your network, but saves you money on costly emergency callouts when something fails that you weren't expecting.
